Donna and Bob Stevenson have helped my family recently with the buying and selling of three properties in the Comox Valley.

They were both very helpful to me when I was looking for an ideal rural property. Finding a small house on acreage was not easy. The Stevensons were happy to take me to see properties as they came onto the market, no matter how far out of town. They spent much time learning about and showing me every property that I was interested in. When I finally did find what I liked, Bob advised me concerning inspections and was always at the property when the inspection was taking place. Bob researched zoning issues for me and contacted inspection agencies. His knowledge and experience of the real estate business was apparent to me from the beginning, which reassured me that I was getting the best help that I could get in finding the perfect home.

When I found my idea rural property, Bob was very helpful to me in selling my house, which resulted in an offer from the first person to look at it, on the first day it was for sale.

The Stevensons also worked with my daughter on buying her first home. They researched all the homes in her price range before showing them to her and were able to rule out many which were below the standard she was looking for. Bob demonstrated much experience and knowledge with the realistic condition of older homes we looked at, knowing confidently how much work and money would need to be spent eventually. As a result she is now happily settled in a brand new home.
